Decision... Decision... Decisions

Life now is like that cheesy Mary MacGregory song, the one karaoke singers oh so love... its really breaking all the rules :P

But seriously instead of lovers I'm torn between 2 employers. Should I go with a senior position or a totally fresh new start? Do I take baby steps or do I dive in?

Its definitely a huge decision... I've got to be Manly!!! Its either make it or break it.  Considering everybody's response... I've decided to take on the challenge and stay.
