Happy New Year Everybody!!! Yes, it is 2013 since the 2012 Mayan Apocalypse didn't really kick in... So life goes on as we speak.
I still have lots of posting I need to do but as you all might have been accustomed to I will do it in my own flow. I still have lots of videos from 2012 I haven't posted yet. From my Boracay Trip, San Francisco Trip to just recently on New Years Eve Day... Whew! Seriously I have lots of stuff to work on.
(I guess my trip to San Francisco was My Biggest 2012 event *wink *wink)
But first, an update on The Cholesterol Mind Project. I do have some boo-boos made so I have to use another new email to link up my media. I have created info@cholesterolmind.com to tie up my previous gmail account luifailong@gmail.com services, such as YouTube, Blogger and Gmail. I do have a personal email on my custom domain but having that I created services on the account I couldn't merge the services together. But on the bright side at least I get to control the stuff that would be getting in.
And so. New Year's Eve Day. I had to go to work and aside from New Year we have to attend the Wedding Banquet/Reception of my good pal and co-worker Mike. So the plan was to go there after work but our boss let us go early so we have like almost 4 hours of nothing... suddenly. Then I joked about booking a room and the idea of going Karaoke came up. So we went to Neway. 5 guys and they gave us a Huge... I mean HUGE!!! 20 person room. Well business was slow in the afternoon, what are you gonna do? Lucky for us though LOL. (and a chance to try the iPhone 5 Landscape feature LOL)
So we sang both Chinese and English songs, I tried singing Barbie Girl... Anybody? Do you remember the band called Aqua? So we sang until 1900 then walked over to the Hotel where the banquet was held. I had almost 4 cans of San Miguel beer. The Rash is starting to grow on my arm as I'm writing this... oddly I'm having the reaction about 2 days after...
After the Banquet, we wanted to countdown the New Year. First time I did it in Tsm Sha Tsui, might as well since the apocalypse was a flop! I'm still bitter about that... LOL just kidding. It was a fun 3 seconds I guess. The fireworks not so much... because it was so low and near the buildings. I was expecting fireworks high up in the sky like a real explosion of colors.
And so as the New Year rings in I hope to have new and drastic changes in my life, hopefully towards my career and geographic location. I wish everybody the best!
