20180412 - I heard of New Music News

I'm kinda late on this one because it was leaked January of 2018 but apparently, Mutya Keisha Siobhan has another song leaked 5 years after their reunion and supposed new album.  The latest song leaked was "Love Me Hard" which they performed live on their Sacred Three tour.  It is a sort of reggae, soulful, RnB mix of a songThe Original Sugababes are really the best vocal-wise line up.  Their blend so well together and their song writing skills are truly the best as a group.  It gives me the feeling of nostalgia.  I remember then from their first single "Oveload" and also noticed when a new member was on their group.  I couldn't follow closely back then, internet was not yet a thing and we didn't have cable.  I wonder who stopped them from releasing the album.  It's probably Heidi.

Another new music I'm looking forward to is Utada Hikaru's new song.  Another Drama tie-in the same with her song "Flavor of Life".  It is kinda weird though, Hikki's song for other people isn't that great but her own songs are superb.  She also has another song coming up that will be released with "Kingdon Hearts 3".  I wonder what her new song sounds like because the songs she released after her hiatus are great.  She has gone onto the darker side of music though.  The beats are more solemn and melancholic which I love.  The first real melancholic song of hers that I remember is "Final Distance" that was one of her best songs to me.
