The granola looks good though. Tomorrow morning I will mix it with Yogurt, Banana slices and honey. It should be fantastic. I got the idea from Pret a Manger. I love their yogurt cup, and like I said not so much for health value but more because it tastes good. Then, I got the idea; well more of inspiration, of making my own granola from watching the Barefoot Contessa. I love her show and she has a very soothing voice. She also does not shy away from using supermarket ready ingredients. I will make more of her recipe in the future because watching her do it, is so inspiring truly. Of course, she makes it look easy. Obviously because she has a huge kitchen.
So today it rained. Surprise. Surprise. NOT! It rained before I could get home so I had to hang out the nearest estate mall. So the housing estates, also known as the hood or ghetto but the housing estates in Hong Kong are a bit more fancier and safer because it is all skyrise and condo type. So each housing has a mall in it and parking lot. I usually get take outs when I am alone but since it was raining I had no choice but to eat alone in the Taiwanese restaurant that I always go to. I ordered Potato noodles with some beef slices which I later regretted because the soup base was so hot and spicy. I finished it anyway. After dinner the rain was still pouring, lightning still striking away so I went to the supermarket. I got 2 yogurt, natural of course. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, now I forgot why it is called Extra Virgin and like; does the farmer do dirty stuff to it? Then it loses its virginity? Just kidding, I know what Virgin Olive Oil means. It is the first batch made. Extra Virgin I have no clue. Moving along, what else did I get? Oh and Bananas.
Rain stopped and it is time for bed.
