Today I put my cooking skills into the test once again. I cooked Deer meat. I guess you can call it Exotic in Hong Kong because there are no Deers in Hong Kong. I'm not used to cooking it so the meat had some wilderness taste to it. But over all, the sauce and vegetables were perfect. I used the beef bourguignon from the Barefoot Contessa recipe to stew it.
Back to work tomorrow. Back to my old dialogue. Life must go on even though you are put through the wringer and already pissed the shit off. Excuse my French. I do would like to visit France someday.
I don't watch a lot of BuzzFeed videos but during my MIA in blogging I have been watching BuzzFeed Unsolved. It showed up a lot on the ghost list videos I watch on a regular but I was put off at first but eventually learned to enjoy it. I think at first the presenters' personalities was a bit too much and too cocky for me. I'm not when I turned but after it showing up enough on my regular video viewing I got into watching their series.
I am thinking of my 2020 series. How will I change the current series that I have? I do have ideas; they definitely are not original ideas but I think is good enough to be something I can do. Anyway that is something for the future. I have uploaded my new Channel ID. Since I already made a new logo for PIGGY BACK RIDE, I did contemplate on editing that but somehow I think I should use the old one for now so to keep expectations low. You will see the New Channel ID on New Year's Day across all my SNS platforms.
