Failing...

I have been looking around SSP area, searching, scavenging and waiting. But seems no shop has got it... Where's the Cosmo Black Nintendo 3DS Zelda bundle??!!! 

 Where art thou oh special item?

Kinda sucks it's nowhere to be found here in HK... I was able to get the mythical gold WiiMote but the sacred 3DS :( 

Don't have much to say actually, feel so depressed I couldn't find this 3DS anywhere! Oh well... Mario Kart 7 comes out this weekend.

Onwards to the Sky!

Today I was on a part time work during the morning, we were at ICC powering up some computers. Afterwards we have lunch at Jordan, then we went to a Video Game Arcade in Tsim Sha Tsui.  On my way home, I passed by Golden Center checking to see if The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword is available...

And it WAS!!! hahaha I thought it would arrive tomorrow because the USA is one day behind but I got it and so happy.
May have cost a lot but with an Orchestra CD and a GOLD WiiMote Plus(built in motion plus wiimote)... I ain't complaining!

Ok so the Zelda franchise is celebrating its 25th year so they got a lot going on. Promotions, games, and lots of swags. From my previous post, we found out the aussies got a blue ocarina with their Ocarina of Time for 3DS.  The Skyward Sword got the above swags.  And later Europe and USA are getting a Zelda-themed 3DS (should I get that?) its black with gold Zelda details. They've also released a Four Swords Downloadable game for 3DS where it was originally from the Gameboy Advance.

I am listening to the Orchestra CD as I'm writing this. Its Fantastic and Fabulous! Of course its Zelda, its has the great themes from the different Zelda games, the main theme, Kakariko Village, Wind Waker, Twilight Princess; EVERYTHING! Love it!

Ok So let's get back to the Limited Edition Zelda Skyward Sword pacakge. So as you can see from the image from the box itself you can see not only do you get the game, you also get the gold WiiMote Plus and a Music CD(plus 2 AA batteries if anyone would like to know). As well as game guide, promotional insert and of course the Nintendo Club code to earn your coins.

Its a 1 CD game, haven't played it because don't have a Wii where I am living at the moment and waiting for the Wii U to come out in 2012. The Music CD is color gold as well(25 years is silver but I don't remember Zelda using silver that's why I guess they went for gold; just my opinion)

Creative Photography Group...

A new idea is playing with my mind lately. I'm thinking of starting a Creative photography group. I'm very creative, I love crafts so I'm thinking of using that to make costumes, the set and concepts for a photo shoot then probably get some wannabe photographer friend to take the pictures.

It does need a lot of time and effort to get it all together. First is the concept, then the costumes and makeup, afterwards the backdrop. First the concept, of course thinking of something unusual or incorporating a cliche to something distinct. Then designing the costume and makeup as well as finding a model for the clothes. Lastly the back drop, of course it includes set designing or finding a location to be the backdrop.

Then make into a sort of documentary or reality show where the whole journey is documented. With commentaries from me, of course, the model, photographer etc. Basically, giving their opinion on the set, what they think about each others' performances. This is not top model so nobody will be eliminated. LOL!

Of course have to deal with the bitchy models, over demanding photographers! Lol! Drama!

Lots of work if I do, push to create this kind of group.

Saturday morning... What to do today?

Woke up a little late this morning, but had a very peaceful and restful sleep... Thank you booze ;)

As usual still feel very lazy, I don't know what to do today but I need to buy some stuff. I will go to Golden computer center later I need to buy a printer and a NAS for my sisters. I'm planning to get a Buffalo Linkstation Quad Pro for the NAS and a Brother MFC-J615W.

I had instant noodles, Indomie, for breakfast and made a pot of coffee. It wasn't really filling but just enough to leave space for lunch. I wanna crawl back to bed but I don't think I could get back to sleep.

Booze, laughs, sober queen!

Tonight, my coworkers and I went drinking. We went to this place called Bit Point. Oddly though our company were on 3 side by side bars. Our boss was at Al's Diner, some where on the next one Zync then we were at the third bar Bit Point.

I had a San Miguel light. We also ordered some fries but the highlight was the nachos. It's basically Doritos with ground meat, bell peppers, cheese and some sour cream on top. It was to die for so delicious.so after our drink we had to crossover to where the boss was. We laughed and took some pictures. We had fun although Chi was late! I dunno if he made as we took off early.

It's seems to be becoming a regular thing but when you are stress at work, you tend to find a happy medium or something to help you relax. I like this photo cos I look thin ;)

Top model is now in Greece, but my job is in HK

One of my favorite shows America's Next Top Model is now in the overseas phase where they go to a different country. This cycle, the All-Star cycle, is in Crete, Greece with 6 girls. My all time favorite is still in the running hope she wins this time. She is just fabulous, she always great with swimsuit although you wouldn't expect her to be.

Work load is starting to pick up... Lot of things to do, users who are annoying as hell. Sigh... But work is work and we need the G's, baby! Need to support my shopping hahaha

Tomorrow we're going for drinks, I may go or I may not... Depends on how I turn out in the end of the day. I need a little fun after a long week, a little booze to be more exact.

I have to go to sleep now because I'm supposed to be on the 7am shift tomorrow. But before that finish Sarah Slean's "I know" song from her Universe album.

Floating around

The weather in Hong Kong is getting colder we've entered below 20 degrees weather. But knowing the crazy Hong Kong weather I'm not sure if it's gonna be stable and continuously cold.

This week I'm floating around the office, so unproductive... I don't feel like working or moving... Or giving a damn... Maybe I'll turn within the week, otherwise let's see next week.

Time to go to school again, like in any field of work you have to keep yourself updated. I'm enrolling myself to a cloud-computing short course in December.

Hurts mode

Listening to Hurts again, one of my favorite bands for 2011. They got the techno-ballad theme going on. They've got techno sound effects but most of their songs are about love and heartbreaks. Aside from the techno beat they also incorporated dramatic music that together with the lead singer Theo's voice... It's just remarkable.

On their debut album, they have a duet with Kylie Minogue. The song at first seems to be a not so powerful song but it grows on you and it also has that dramatic feeling to it.

The album is called Happiness, it has 11 tracks and a hidden track called Verona so total of 12 songs. My favorite song in the album is The Water. To me, its about insecurity being alone and different as well as being misunderstood. But knowing all of this insecurities there is still a yearning and urge to break free. Wanting to take the risk but still very afraid to go out of the comfort zone into the twilight zone ;)

They came to HK last May but I wasn't able to go and watch because I lost someone very special at that time. But music does help to get through it.
