So I'm currently obsessed with this TV show called "My Ghost Story" on the Bio Channel. I'm in Hong Kong so I don't really get that channel here. I stumbled upon this show thru YouTube.
I am very obsessed and interested with ghosts and paranormal videos. The usual argument with these videos are if they are real or not. Pardon my language but I don't really care whether its real or not. I just like to watch them especially the ones that seem very realistic. The effort put into making the videos and giving the audience that chill is what I go for. I do watch a lot of this shows mostly in YouTube. I specifically like the Japanese one; yes, sometimes they are very fake but the Japanese for me makes the most believable ones.
So. My Ghost Story. The format of the show is that it doesn't any host unlike a certain show called "Scariest Places on Earth" where they had the host make pretend Chuckie/Possessed voices. My Ghost Story instead have the supposed people who experienced the paranormal activity tell the story. So the show have them tell a little history and work their way up to the incident. So every show has 4 stories which I like because its too long that it feel like its being dragged on to fill airtime. Most of the stories aside from the people who experienced it; also have Paranormal Experts/Investigators that bring lots of Voice Recorders and Night Vision Cameras. Most of the shots are Spirit Orbs but some also have Human-like apparitions and full conversation response from the Spirits. Each story ends with what has the storyteller done after their experience.
The Show is now on its 5th season. I still have season 4 and 5 to watch; I'm excited and scared about it. Don't get me wrong, I like to watch this kind of shows but I am very scared of the Paranormal Beings.
Other that shows that I' watching are Project Runway. Just finished All Stars. I'm glad that Mondo won but I think he should have won season 8 and Austin should have won All Stars. Also the host for All Stars couldn't match or even keep up with Heidi Klum's energy and hosting skills. The Mentor who is the Editor-in Chief of Marie Clare was really just a mentor. She would only pop up in the workroom, she didn't do what other stuff Tim Gunn did like bring the designers to buy fabric or remind them of the time. So All Stars on the Crew side sort of kinda flopped. I'm also re-watching old seasons; such 1, 4 and 7.
Shows that I'm waiting for. Of course, RPDR Season 5 starts end of this month; probably the only reality competition I'm watching for now. I used to watch Top Model but the later Seasons got too Tyra-ish and the bitch is so hypocritical in denying it. The Kathy Show, hilarious Talk Show hosted by Kathy Griffin starts in a week or 2. I think it will be another crazy season like the first. So there will be a lot of anticipation and probably leak-searching but at least it keeps me busy.
So anyways its almost 01:00 HKT here so I will be going to sleep and peace out!.
