Rainy day Hong Kong once again. It was dark by 16:00. I did watched The Mist during lunch time today. After watching it a massive mist... Well actually it's just a fog enveloping the skyscrapers of Central. In the back of my mind, something is in the mist lurking and waiting to attack. Well that's just my imagination running wild. The movie was ok, not superb just ok. It's more of a Sunday afternoon movie marathon. It wasn't really that scary and the suspense were a bit expected. At least it didn't end with the American way were they all escaped and lived happily ever after. The ending is expected but I won't spoil it, instead just give a quick run down of characters. Well you got the crazy Christian, well I think a lot of Christians are obsessive and crazy about their religion, but then again they don't like middle eastern people where their religion came from in the first place! I'm not gonna argue on an observation. If you don't agree, argue with yourself or discuss it with the Jews. Then most of the extras just kind of became her follower, thank goodness. They blew up her head! The creature in the mist, started off as tentacles then became insects which I believe is inconsistent. The ending was sort rushed in a way too because they didn't show how the creatures where killed especially the giant insect (tick-like) which apparently is all over the mist.
Moving on, there is no new RPDR episode today! Boo-hoo! But it does give an opportunity to talk about the last episode which I didn't do last week. This week the queens had to do a perfume ad. On the mini-challenge, they played a matching game. They had to match Andrew Christian (oh look at that Christian again! LOL) underwear worn by models, the game was called "Whatcha packing?". I don't know if Detox was flirting with the models or if she knows them. Ivy won the mini challenge and gets to call her mom. Then the main challenge was revealed, they are required to come up with their perfume, name and advert as well.
Michelle Visage directed together with Aubrey. Coco was kissing ass, Alyssa hallucinating in her own "humor", Ivy and Roxxxy were lost. Honestly this 4 probably will go next, probably not in that order. Jinkx has the well thought concept visually, her perfume was called delusion. Her ad was a girl waking up after a 3-way, spraying the perfume then waking up to reality that it was just a dream. It wasn't received well before editing and was thought of a dildo ad instead of a perfume ad. Detox was funny and brave to be sexy then switch to butch voice when saying Heroine, her perfume. Alaska definitely was the best even with no backdrop. It was commercial and was definitely an advert. Her concept was that she would turn and cross fade along the lines.
Alaska, of course won, then Ivy and Alyssa lip sync for their lives with Ivy getting eliminated. I honestly want another double elimination with Coco and Alyssa. They obviously do not do well on the challenges and rely on the lip sync performance to move on which I think should be noticed. Also Coco has been copying previous queens all through out the show. She copied Chad Michael's Giraffe outfit and Bebe's Africa Look. Alyssa is all just about being pretty so she should just go home and stare at herself.
I had some porridge tonight, century egg with meat strips. Century eggs I think is actually not been processed for centuries they just look like they are. I've also added a hard boiled egg, interesting though it has a number 8 when I peeled it. I boiled the egg my self so I don't know how I did it. Is it good luck? I damn hope so! I am actually allowed to eat 1 full meal a day but I'm a bit harder on myself and I try my best to eat only half a meal a day. So I have a fruit shake in the morning, then eat a 6 inch sub for lunch (or sometimes salad or kebab from Ebeneezer) and I usually just a fruit shake in the evening but I do eat sometimes at night when I'm really hungry. I also bought some almonds so that if I have the craving to munch on something I'll have almonds. I also try to sleep by 0:00 or around that time.
I've been listening to MKS (Mutya Keisha Siobhan) new music that has been released to the public via SoundCloud. First one is called "Lay Down in Swimming Pools", this is apparently a revived. It is actually more of a sampling song like when the second line up did "Freak like Me". No wait! It's like "Real Girl" or "Shape of my Heart". Using a song's music but with different lyrics. I was iffy about it when I first heard the song, but it grows on you and now I really like it. Most of the vocals was done by Mutya. The second song called "Entertainment", they are featured as the chorus singers. Siobhan's voice is very dominant on this track, I wonder how Keisha will react now that she is again the non dominant member. I miss their voices together, I love the "Soul Sound" BBC live performance. I also like Sugababes 2.0 songs but I'm not a big fan of Heidi. She is a bigger bitch than any of the Sugababes.
Well I guess that's it for now. Have good night sleep whilst the raining is falling on your head. Or at least I think it's rain... LOL
