20180811 - Eleven Eleven August Eleven

I am still on my Sophie Ellis Bextor Sound trip.  I heard this one a few months ago.  It is a good one too, very pop... classic or more Mod-era pop.  She doesn't go high notes or anything like that.  She stays in the note she is comfortable and that's why it sounds good.  I think most good singers stay in their range and that makes a song enjoyable.

Today was a rainy day, rained heavily when I got to Central this morning.  I was gonna wait for Starbucks but the rain was just too much.  My shift starts as when Starbucks open which is 7am.  A few minutes late is alright but manoeuvring the rain and the coffee is a bit too much to handle.  Today the tasks was alright although I am still not in sync with it.  Maybe I don't want to sync, I don't know.  Anyway, I'll get to it eventually.

I wasn't able to get the green chilli today because I tried to go to the Market at the estate close to my home and I was lazy and tired to go back the other way to get the chillis.  The market had a similar store but they didn't have green chilli.  They had other fried stuff, Hong Kong street food.  I am also thinking of making my own Gyudon like from Yoshinoya.  I am not sure how healthy it could get but this tutorial from cooking with dog seems like a good start.  I love Yoshinoya so I think it will be a good once in a while comfort food.  The key to a good diet is controlling it and not starving yourself.

Hopefully, I will get around to doing more exercise next.  It is difficult to do it all at once, I am afraid I'll pass out or get ulcer or something.
