As much as I don't want it to rain, it is hot when it doesn't... Summer is still going.
Obviously I haven't posted for a few days. I have been on Taobao shopping, I got some Amazfit Bip and... Salt Lamp! Yes, finally got some Salt Lamp. I've been thinking of getting some for the longest time but it lately had a discount so from 60 yuan I only paid 28 yuan each. Its not a big lamp its just a small, USB plug powered, and I think it is about 3 inches tall. I got it because... um... I guess more for Spiritual Reason than the beneficial reasons that the Internet will tell you. If you don't know, what ever your religion, Salt is the universal evil spirit cleanser or at least protector.
Wearing the Amazfit Bip, it makes me persevere to meet my steps goal of 10,000 steps. I had the same feeling when I wore the Xiomi MiBand... couple of years back. My diet is still floating about, I had Pepper Lunch today. I am still having my yogurt, I bought some small apples so now I switching between bananas and apples.
Rest days... I'm not gonna lie, I am wishing my rest days are longer. Rest days is very different from a job with nothing to do. Rest days you are free and not confined by your job's restraints. I do find I waste a lot of my rest days. Nothing new there.
